STANDARD EVENT COVERAGE:

FULL EVENT COVERAGE:

Mini Event Coverage

1–1.5 hours of coverage

Designed for shorter events where you want the moment captured without overproduction. This option focuses on efficiency and organic video that feels natural on social, while still giving you polished assets to post and reuse after the event.

  • Best for pop-ups, panels, workshops, intimate gatherings, and smaller community events where documentation matters but full start-to-finish coverage is not needed.

Our Onboarding Process

  • Clients reach out with basic event details including date, location, duration, and goals for the content. We confirm availability and recommend the best coverage level based on how the content will be used.

    Outcome: Alignment on scope before anything is booked.

  • Once the package is selected, we send a short agreement outlining coverage length, deliverables, and usage rights. A deposit is required to secure the date.

    Outcome: Your event is officially on our calendar.

  • Clients complete a brief planning form covering event flow, key moments, content priorities, branding preferences, and any audio or gear needs. This keeps planning efficient and focused.

    Outcome: We understand what matters most before filming begins.

  • Before the event, we align on how the content will take shape. This can happen in one of two ways:

    • A short call to walk through content ideas and priorities, with one round of revisions

    • Or a shared visual board outlining concepts and shot focus, with one round of revisions

    Outcome: Clear creative direction without overplanning.

  • We arrive prepared and capture what translates best to social and long-term use, while staying out of the way so you can stay present during the event.

    Outcome: The moment is documented without disruption.

  • We curate and edit the strongest moments into your included deliverables, focusing on clarity, pacing, and shareability.

    Outcome: Polished content that is ready to post.

Professional Gear Add-On

Some events benefit from higher production quality, especially when audio is central (speakers, interviews, announcements) or when you want a more cinematic look. Professional gear includes cameras, lenses, microphones, memory cards, and additional setup and breakdown.

Gear Add-On Pricing (per event)

  • Basic Pro Gear: $150 (single camera, minimal audio needs, minimal to no lighting)

  • Standard Pro Gear: $250 (camera + wireless mic setup, lighting setup)

  • Full Pro Gear: $450 (multi-mic or multi-camera needs, full lighting)

Gear recommendations are based on your event format, venue, audio needs, and posting goals.
