Mini Event Coverage

1–1.5 hours of coverage

Designed for shorter events where you want the moment captured without overproduction. This option focuses on efficiency and organic video that feels natural on social, while still giving you polished assets to post and reuse after the event.

Standard Event Coverage

2–3 hours of coverage

A balanced option for events with multiple moments worth highlighting. This level provides enough variety and volume to support several posts after the event, while keeping filming focused on the most meaningful parts of the experience.

Full Event Coverage

4–6 hours of coverage

Built for larger or more layered events where depth matters. This option captures the full arc of the experience and delivers a robust content library you can post from over time, rather than relying on a single recap.

Our Onboarding Process

Professional Gear Add-On

Some events benefit from higher production quality, especially when audio is central (speakers, interviews, announcements) or when you want a more cinematic look. Professional gear includes cameras, lenses, microphones, memory cards, and additional setup and breakdown.

Gear Add-On Pricing (per event)

  • Basic Pro Gear: $150 (single camera, minimal audio needs, minimal to no lighting)

  • Standard Pro Gear: $250 (camera + wireless mic setup, lighting setup)

  • Full Pro Gear: $450 (multi-mic or multi-camera needs, full lighting)

Gear recommendations are based on your event format, venue, audio needs, and posting goals.
