Our Onboarding Process

Clients reach out with basic event details including date, location, duration, and goals for the content. We confirm availability and recommend the best coverage level based on how the content will be used.
Outcome: Alignment on scope before anything is booked.

Once the package is selected, we send a short agreement outlining coverage length, deliverables, and usage rights. A deposit is required to secure the date.

Clients complete a brief planning form covering event flow, key moments, content priorities, branding preferences, and any audio or gear needs. This keeps planning efficient and focused.

Before the event, we align on how the content will take shape. This can happen in one of two ways:
A short call to walk through content ideas and priorities, with one round of revisions
Or a shared visual board outlining concepts and shot focus, with one round of revisions
Outcome: Clear creative direction without overplanning.

Professional Gear Add-On
Some events benefit from higher production quality, especially when audio is central (speakers, interviews, announcements) or when you want a more cinematic look. Professional gear includes cameras, lenses, microphones, memory cards, and additional setup and breakdown.
Gear Add-On Pricing (per event)
Basic Pro Gear: $150 (single camera, minimal audio needs)
Standard Pro Gear: $250 (camera + wireless mic setup)
Full Pro Gear: $350 (multi-mic or multi-camera needs)
